Kassi attended Georgia Southern University on a track and cross country scholarship, became a four year letterman and was also elected team captain. Immediately after graduating with a business degree, she enrolled in graduate school and earned a Masters in Business Administration. While attending graduate school, she began working in the Georgia Southern football office. Kassi was later promoted to Director of Football Operations for Georgia Southern, a position never held by a female. She continued to rise in the industry by subsequently earning positions in the football offices at the US Military Academy (Army) and Georgia Tech.
Since 2011, Kassi has worked directly with literally hundreds of football players and their families in all facets of college football operations and recruiting. These duties included operational budgeting, department wide organization, travel and schedule logistics, event planning and execution and recruiting. Kassi joined SportsTrust in 2018 and her 12 years experience working directly with players and their families, her educational background and her resulting ability to excel in organization are the perfect ingredients to serve as SportsTrust’s Director of Business Operations. These engrained skills, her drive as a former collegiate distance runner, and her vibrant energy make Kassi a truly great resource for SportsTrust, our clients and their families.
Kassi’s ability to handle multiple responsibilities in football operations and recruiting along with the respect that our players had for her professionalism quickly landed her decision-making positions in our organizations. She is fiercely competitive in pursuit of common team goals and has extensive experience working with players. Kassi will undoubtedly help make SportsTrust’s clients lives easier off the field, which will help them reach all of their goals on the field.
