Daniela graduated from Florida State with a degree in Communications and Sports Management. Given her passion for football, she worked in the FSU football office during college, helping manage campus recruiting visits, including extensive logistical planning. Her outstanding work as a student earned her a full-time position as FSU’s Coordinator of Player Development helping more than 100 players prepare and transition into life during and after college. Her duties involved mentorship and assisting players with housing, NIL, branding, social media, event management and coordinating community service.

With this great training directly managing the lives of major college football players, Daniela chose to accept a position with a sports agency, which represents a number of NFL players. As the Director of Client Services with this group, she conducted the day-to-day managemnet, communication, administration, relocation, housing, travel, combine training, marketing, social media, and community service for each of the firm’s NFL clients.

In an effort to continue to grow professionally, Daniela aspired to work with an even more establieshed NFL agency. After meeting her and reviewing her outstanding resume for this industry, we immediately offered her a position as our Director of Client Services. She had multiple offers from very well-established NFL agencies, so we are thrilled she chose to join our great team.
