Cymone earned a degree in Sports Management from Georgia Southern University, while also working in the football office her last 3 years in college. Shortly after graduating, she began working in the Georgia Southern recruiting office and quickly ascended to On-Campus Recruiting Coordinator, where she organized and oversaw all recruiting activities, including prospects’ travel, campus tours, and game day activities. Cymone was subsequently promoted to Director of Football Operations and oversaw the day to day management of the entire football team, including travel, multiple budgets, supervising office staff, and compliance matters.

After 9 years with Georgia Southern football, Cymone was hired as the Director of Football Recruiting at the University of Colorado. She was quickly promoted to Director of Player Engagement where she implemented player life skills programs, assisted with orientation, admissions and housing, as well as serving in academic affairs and the players’ community outreach efforts.  Equipped with 11 years’ experience working closely with college football players and their families, Cymone chose to join SportsTrust in 2020. Her wealth of experience in building relationships, player mentorship, and organizational activities in a full time football environment is a tremendous resource for our clients, their families and SportsTrust.
